Multi-Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This role will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts through captivating visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to produce high-quality videos and photos that enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Produce high-quality videos and photographs that align with Oakmont Group’s marketing strategies and brand identity.

    • Capture and edit content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

  2. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to understand project goals and develop creative concepts.

    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

  3. Pre-Production Planning:

    • Plan and organize video shoots, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, and scheduling.

    • Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are prepared for each shoot.

  4. Production:

    • Direct, shoot, and produce video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.

    • Photograph events, projects, and products, capturing compelling images that reflect the company’s brand and values.

  5. Post-Production:

    • Edit videos and photos using industry-standard software, applying graphics, effects, and sound as needed.

    • Ensure final content is polished, professional, and ready for distribution.

  6. Content Management:

    • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and efficient use of content.

    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

  7. Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.

    • Support the development of brand visuals and templates for use across various marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

  • Proficiency with video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom.

  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful visual content.

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio for both video and photography.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
