Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives at Oakmont Interiors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the interior design and construction industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand market presence.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends to ensure sustainable growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and pursue potential clients, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Expansion:

Lead efforts to enter new markets and expand the company's reach in the interior design and construction sectors.

Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase market share.

Proposal Development and Presentations:

Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the design and project teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

Work closely with the design, project management, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics to senior management.

Represent Oakmont Interiors at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of successful business development within the interior design and construction industry.
